Hello everybody. So today I am going to do some prop work. If you've got a foam roller you can use that.
If you don't have a foam roller you can use just a long pillow. You could even use a small pillow or
a round pillow or you could use yoga blocks if you have. I'm going to use the foam roller and
actually putting a blanket on top of it. I put the blanket on top because if I don't
it will bruise my back. I bruise very easily. I have a very rare blood disorder that if I get
bumped or something I bruise really really easily. It's not contagious or anything. It's just
how my blood is. If anybody else has it let me know. I know another lady who has it too.
It just bruises very easily and it takes a very long time for the bruise to go away.
So that's why I covered it because if I lay down on this on my bare skin
it will bruise my entire back. Okay so I want to start today with just...
We're going to do some circles.
All right just some mobility stretching here. Now if you can't lift your arm up and you've torn
your rotator cuff and you can't do the circles just bring your arms up as far as you can.
Nice deep breathing. Keep your abdominals tight so you're getting those nice deep
breathing going into your lungs.
If you're not able to do the circles, just lift your arm up.
