All right, good morning everybody.
Well, I got some rain today so my mind is a little bit stiff and sore just from the
weather.
So I'm just going to do a flow to hopefully open up that tightness in my body.
So I hope you will flow along with me.
Always start your own flow.
You guys know I'm excited about how you feel so flow along.
And forward.
Deep breath.
and going to on the legs and go forward and backwards.
Deep breath, exhale.
This just gets your spine moving.
Chest out.
and come to center and do some circles.
switch direction. I don't know if you heard or not but my back adjusted when I switched.
I'm really tight in my lower back but also in between the shoulder blades.
Usually when I wake up in the morning I ***** on my back all night.
But sometimes my back still gets tight, my legs get tight too.
So this is good for that.
Alright, arms up, deep breath in.
Lower to the side.
Nice deep stretch to that side.
switch direction
And then pushing that hip down to the ground.
Now take the arm in front and back.
Switch sides.
Sweet dreams.
Switch direction.
I love our head.
And forward and back.
Just doing a quick warm-up before I start with my hips.
