Let's take a couple minutes today. We're going to do some chest and shoulders today.
Okay, so just going to go side to side.
Back and forth.
Just opening the hips to point the stretch out before you start any kind of workout.
It's to prevent the injury.
So just keeping everything squeezed tight, core, legs.
And just take some nice deep breaths.
You might feel that one side of the body is tighter than the other.
Take a few deep breaths here.
Okay, now we're going to do some circles.
Just close your eyes, take those deep breaths.
And switch directions.
Okay, now we're going to bring the arms together in front, hands together.
And just lifting up here.
You feel it stretching the shoulder blades.
Just go up as high as you can. You might only be able to do way down here, that's okay.
Just get your arms used to moving again.
Now we're going to lean to the side.
Stretch out that siburian arm up.
Nice little circles here. Just opening up that shoulder blade.
And...
Keep the core engaged, nice deep breaths.
And switch directions.
Okay, we're going to hold this one up.
Gently stretch it up as far as you can.
Just go right up to that point where you can move, and then just hold it there.
Breathe into that area.
Push the hip down.
