Alright, well hello everybody. Welcome to today's stretching. So today we're going to work on the hips.
And we're just going to do side to side drops. Just alternate the weight. Left and right.
If you feel anywhere on the hip flexors and it doesn't feel good, like it's maybe kind of over stretching, just don't go quite as far.
You should feel no pain, you should feel nothing pulling or hurting.
And if you're not used to moving like this, you might feel a little bit in the hip flexor.
It might feel almost like an elastic band stretching.
So just be mindful of your body.
Left and right here.
You can put your hands on your hips if you want.
And you can go really slow and just kind of roll the hip.
Deep breath in and out.
Kind of play with it a little bit. You can drop up.
Drop up.
Alright, back to center.
Now we're just going to do big circles.
In and out.
Round.
Round.
Deep breath in and out.
It might feel weird, you might get to some spot where it feels like, "Oh, I can't go."
So just help your hip around.
You come over here, you might be doing the same.
So again, just go back and forth.
Try to get that area moving.
Round to the front.
So I have one here on this side, which is from my hip flexor on the front.
And one on this side.
