So now everybody, so today I just want to show you a quick easy way that can work on

your legs.

The thighs are the hardest part to work for women.

If you, you know, you got the easy thing you can do.

So for the men, you can sit tall,

straightening your back up, deep breath in.

Really elongate your spine upwards.

Pull your shoulders down and back,

push them down your spine.

And then to work the abdominals,

you're just gonna come forward and up.

And it's very easy.

So inhale and exhale and you come forward.

Now while you're doing this you want to keep your abdominals squeezed tight.

So even if you're not able to walk, you're still working your abdominals.

So do 8 to 12 of those.

And then I want you to straddle the chair.

Make sure your feet are flat on the floor.

You're a little over your shoulder width apart because you're straddling the chair.

Again, sit tall, stretch your spine upwards, deep breath in.

And as you exhale, I want you to stand up.

And sit down.

Keep your core tight, keep your legs squeezed inwards.

And keep those muscles tight.

Breathe in.

six, seven, eight, nine, ten.

Now you're going to really start to feel that in the legs.

So take a little break in between your sets.

Let's do one more set.

So you can also open your legs a little bit farther than the chair if you want.
