Okay, so before we get started, the first thing, and it's really important that everybody needs to warm up,

I usually try to start with some air squats.

Do some bend-overs, stretch out my hamstrings.

So, I'm going to get the barbell, do a couple of warm-ups with that.

It can get a little tricky, this helps you keep your form though.

Make sure you go down to the same depth, same spot, every time.

Ah, I can feel the burn.

Take a break.

Alright, now just like with the two-piece setup, three-piece setup,

I'm going to show you first without using the barbell, just to make sure everything's positioned right.

Alright.

That's actually lined up pretty great.

We got lucky.

Do a couple of warm-up squats on it.

Alright.

Slow and steady.

Now, if you get stuck at the bottom, that's okay.

Don't dump your weight, just kind of hang out there until your legs are nice and rested,

and you're able to stand back up again.

Like that.

Alright everybody, so the barbell, as you can see, was much more difficult with the three-piece system.

So, basically for advanced lifters, I'm going to show you what to do if you're a novice or intermediate lifter,

so you can still get a really good workout.
