hmm hey feels pretty lonely here eating all by yourself I noticed the packed lunch Johanna
brought with her a supermarket fruit salad tortilla chips and some kind of flavored salt
or water I couldn't help but make a comment you'll never feel satisfied with that you're just going
to gorge the moment you get home why not it's because you need a little fat to feel satisfied
put some olive oil on the salad that'll help oh I thought the fat was bad for you well don't eat
sticks of butter but a little is good maybe you could be my nutritionist trust me if I if you
don't have to drink kale shakes every morning you shouldn't wise words what's on your mind
