I did a lot of cooking last night.
Cooked a tendon, which is Japanese rice bowl with tempura and a nice sweet soy sauce, uh, sauce.
Oh man, it was so delicious.
And I also made some cheese bagels, which was a first for me.
Turned out pretty good.
Um, but that left the kitchen in a bit of a mess, so I'm gonna get some cleaning done.
By the way, here's the cheese bagels I made.
I tried to make them look like Costco's.
They turned out tasting pretty similar to Costco's.
I think I'm missing some sort of secret ingredient, but it doesn't taste bad.
It tastes pretty damn good, just not quite as close to Costco's.
Looks like Costco's cheese bagels though, which is what I was yelling for.
