Today my body already tired, after 8 days of continuous training. Once dream about easier training appeared, I've got very hard for me exercises for abs :) This training is full of laugh and hard work

Hi guys! Julia Viers is here. Today is 25th March of 2022, Friday.

Today we have to prepare for our weekend. But anyway we will train on Saturday and Sunday and every day.

So today let's continue to work on our super bodies. And again it will be 14 exercises. 4 of them.

It will be warming up and 10 by program. So let's start from the warming up.

So I am literally ready. My exercise is this one. Quite hard actually.

I need to stretch.

I started with left leg extended but it's not a problem. Absolutely. Ouch!

Wow! Everything just glitching.

Great job! So the next thing we do for the another leg. So in my case this is right leg.

Ready? Yes, sure. Only 25 seconds. Go!

On the picture which application provides me the model touches my forehead, her knees. Wow!

So another exercise you already know. Ok, many such exercises have been already. I will do this.

It's almost done.

Wait while standing.

Cool! Actually I love this exercise because it allows to stretch my back very well.

So now I will sit and do the same what is model doing standing.

3, 2, 1, 30 seconds.

You must raise your arms up overhead and bend forward.

Great! So it was warming up. Now we are moving to the exercises by program.
