and today we continue work on our beauty

Good job. So, first exercise we have to tie our lips and do like this.

I suggest to do everything very gentle because this is your face, your front desk.

And then we have to do everything nicely, gently.

Now we will do our fingers like this and bring our cheeks up.

All these exercises are helping to bring more blood to your face.
