And you prepared for the next working week very well.

So, today we continue to train. We do our GPP. What actually GPP?

GPP is General Physical Preparation. So, this is not special sport. It's not exactly sport.

This is just physical preparation of our body for the next levels of exercises.

So, today is 5th day of my GPP challenge and I hope you follow me as well.

So, today I am going to pay more attention for the spine and flexibility.

So, let's start from warming up as usually and then we continue to the program.

Ok, so let's do as usually from the neck.

two, three. Another side, one, two, three. Good. Forward, back, left, right. Good. Working with wrists, one, two, three.

Another side, one, two, three. Elbows, one, two, three. One, two, three. Shoulders, one, two, three. Another side, one, two, three.

Now let's move to our feet. Oh, we can do it together. One, two, three. One, two, three. And of course our knees. One, two, three. And one, two, three.

Good job. Now we go to our hips and move them as well. One, two, three. One, two, three. Good job.

Now we move to our spine. For me it's most difficult. My spine unfortunately is not straight because a lot of time sitting in front of computer and everything without movement.
