I'm proud that I didn't give up yesterday, when I feel not well. As a reward, today I got a great condition - good rest at night, enough energy the entire day. Let's train together from zero ;)

Hi guys Julia V. Ersis here and today is 20th March of 2022

and today is Sunday and on this great Sunday I am feeling myself already better

much better actually and today I am going to do a little bit more hard training

so as usually at the beginning I start with warming up my body and anyway I will do it

sitting so all my exercises today will be sitting on my beautiful ass so let's start

from beginning so what we do first right we start with our neck one two three and other side

one two three oh I will do it back forward back forward left right oh this is

all right okay so now we work with wrists one two three like in Arabic

dances. This is already Indian. Okay then we move to our elbows one two three and one two three

shoulders one two three one two three and now we move to our feet one two three one two three

and one two three one two three knees one two three one two three good job now we work with our

hips one two three one two three great job now we move to our spine top part one two three and

other side one two three middle part one two three another side one two three and lower part

actually we can use our hands to keep ourselves a bit hips okay absolutely very important that

we move right now because of now I'm trying to launch my body my muscles
