and this is amazing. Actually I am already feeling myself after 3 days of exercises with my face

Some difference, you know, when you train your body and you feel some pain in your muscles

Something similar I feel with my face. When I check my videos after filming I see that

one half of my face working good but another half like frozen

That's why sometimes I see that my smile not really nice. I don't like it at least myself

and I am going to change it. So, let's continue our trainings today
