Hi guys! Julia Rios is here. Today is 21st April of 2022 and today is 36th day of our GPB challenge.

And today we are going to continue again our normal plan of our training.

And today finally I got enough time to sleep. I woke up exactly at the time when I was ready.

It can be less energy than it has to be.

You must lift your hips up straightening your legs then down into plank position.

Don't try. Just do this exercise honestly.

And stretch your back and legs from backside.
