Today I had only around 5 hours to rest at night, which is not enough for me at all to get recovered. But I need to do my GPP Challenge. For this, I placed a target in my mind and it helped me a lot!

and today we are going to continue our normal training plan and today I have to take some more my willpower
because today I slept only few hours, it was not enough for me, that's why I have not much energy
