Hi guys! Julia Versys here. Today is 17th April of 2022 and today is 32nd day of our GBP challenge.

And today we are going to continue our normal plan of training.

And today I have to collect more willpower in my hands and my body because I feel a little bit weakness.

I think because of weather. In my area weather these days is a bit rainy, cloudy and atmospheric pressure is changing and impacts me.

Unfortunately, but doing these exercises it will help me to become more independent from weather.

So, let's start our training from beginning, from warming up.

And for this of course I need to remove my panties. So, as usually I can tell you that if you want my panties you can go to my store on JuliaEars**** and get it there.

Ok, for this we are going to lie on our back. And this is super relaxing exercise for warming up.

We lie, bend our legs and twist our body another side.

Very easy and very helpful if you relax.

Relax your body and it will help to stretch a little bit your muscles.

Good job.

Same exercise, just we turn another side.

Our bent legs, in my case right side.

And I have to twist my upper body left side.

Very good.

This time I did same as the patient tells me.
