Hi guys! Julia Rios is here and today is 19th March of 2022 and today is third day of my

GPP challenge. I can tell you for sure it's so hard for me at least because I'm very long

time didn't do any trainings and my body I feel myself already pretty weak and now I'm trying to

launch normal work of my body and it takes a lot of energy and I feel myself in the morning it was

early morning I woke up and I feel a lot of energy yeah it's so cool eight hours what was

absolutely enough for me to rest before actually it was not enough when I wake up I feel that

something not enough like energy not enough but today it was wonderful but after that I feel

so bad condition that's why it took me a few hours to get better and so now I'm making

this video and this exercise is already afternoon so that's why because of I'm feeling not super

well right now I will do it like lazy training so I will do my warming up sitting on the floor

and after I will continue with my program so let's do training together as usually we start from

neck from head and go down for our joints okay one two three
