Today I had a little bit not enough energy, because I went to sleep very late and woke up around 9 am. And I decided to not give up and do a normal plan of training. And I did it! Join my VIP FanClub.

Hi guys Julia Versys here. Today is 13th April of 2022 and today is 28th day of our GBP challenge and this is great.

So what about energy? Today I have not much energy because until deep night we communicated with our family members in Ukraine.

You know that I am Ukrainian and I have been living in Ukraine already 7 years but all our family members are there.

And now is quite dangerous situation in Ukraine and our family members are staying in dangerous cities.

So that's why today I woke up, I tried to wake up early, I did it but as a result I have not enough energy.

But anyway today I am going to do my normal plan of training and for that I have to take all my willpower in my hands and just do it.

So let's start it and for this I need to remove my super paint.
