Today is 12th April of 2022
and today is 27th day of GPP challenge
Today I am feeling already better
I woke up that time when I was ready
and I had ***** enough
So that's why today I am going to turn back to normal program of our trainings
So let's start our trainings from beginning from warm enough
So today it will be a normal number of exercises and duration
It will be a little bit longer
But as I checked before start to make this video
I checked exercises
It's not really hard
I think hardest it will be duration of these exercises
But anyway today I have to take all my willpower in my hands
and just do it and let's do it together

So the first exercise for warming up is for stretching this part

and just try to put this leg in line
