and this is great because you know why? Because today we come back to normal plan of our trainings
so today it will be 2 more exercises and duration of each exercise little bit longer
like 10-20 seconds longer than yesterday and before yesterday
so let's do our training and for this first I need to remove my panties

ok let's start our training from warming up as usual
ok so our first warming up exercise we lie on our back and just rest
almost just rest
3,2,1, 25 seconds for both two sides you must pull your knee up to your chest and hold
ok so we just take one of our knee and pull to our chest
so we will do for both sides I already checked list of exercises
and I see that first exercise we need to sink ourselves to the other side
ok good job
just check our knee and do it with another leg
so try to pull not just hip easily like this need to pull to our chest
good job
this is very slow stretching
ok wall we are not going to use wall we will use only our floor
and for that actually this exercise for stretching our back
