Hi guys! Julia Virs is here. Today is 8th April of 2022 and today is 23rd day of our GBP challenge
and today I am going to do easier training because I am feeling not enough energy
so as you remember I told you that we have to learn how to balance our trainings to get the result and don't get super tired
So today I am going to do easier training and as usually it will start from warming up and then just do it
So first exercise it will be cat cow movement
So we just enter now on 4th and we have to move our back up and down
Oh, it was so good. It's as far as I like it.
Don't rush. This is exercise for stretching your spine.
That's why it has to be done properly.
it's almost done. Get supine position. Good job. So now we are going to lie down on our back and we will stretch our spine in another way.
