Hi guys Julia Versys here. Today is 6th April of 2022 and we have 21st day of GPP challenge
and today we are going to do a great job. So let's tell a little bit about feeling
so I feel myself about a little bit not enough energy but it's okay. This is good reason
to train my willpower as well because actually human this is only one mammal who can do everything
through willpower and I am going to use my willpower to do today's training and build my
amazing body. So it's going to be hot and I have to remove all my dress. So let's do it.
Okay this is for you and this one is out.
So you like when I remove my clothes. Yes okay great job. So now let's start our
hard training on our body. As usually we start from warming up and our warming up today
is super easy. So we just lie on our back and bring our knees to our chest.
Just keep it. You must pull your both knees to your chest and hold.
Just holding, just relaxing. Oh wow it's so nice. Just do it. But anyway we have to keep it not
just lying and relaxing. We have to feel a bit stretching of our muscles. It's almost done.
Sit on the floor. Okay our amazing favorite exercise which I know everyone like it.
So then I'll turn to you by my amazing ass and you will see my personal stuff.
