Good morning everybody. Welcome to video number two, my beginner series.

So today we're going to start with just some stretching for your neck. You're just going to

lay on your left and right very slowly. Keep your stomach tight. Put your arms behind your back.

Roll your shoulders down and push your chest out. Okay, this is going to mobilize

the shoulder blades. You're going to get a nice deep stretch in your shoulder.

Breath in.

Deep breath out. Allow your shoulders to just relax.

And then now close your eyes. You can also take your left hand and put it on the side

of your head very gently. Just pull your head down. Get a deeper stretch.

Make sure your stomach is tight. Make sure you're sitting up straight.

These are things you can also do when you're at work, when you're in the car,

on your lunch break. Anytime really. Just take time to stretch out and slowly come up.

And switch sides.

We've got a lot of tension in our neck

and shoulders and a lot of that is from core posture, leaning forward, looking down.

So this is a great just stretch it out.

You can also move your head back or forward.

Very gently.

And come back to center. Now we're going to do the same thing but you want to just turn your head

to a 45 degree angle. You want to reach behind your head and behind your back. Stomach tight.
