Hi guys Julia Viers is here. Today is 2nd April of 2022 and today already 17th day of our GBB challenge

and let's do it very well. So now we will do butterfly. Butterfly as you know we put together
and do butterfly. Yes. So I do this keeping my back from the back. This is just warming up. So I remember you that
first 4 exercises are for warming up our muscles. It's almost done. Almost done already. So far. Sit down on the floor.
So now we sit down. One leg I take first. Right leg is bent. And we have to do this here. Ready? And we have to put our whole weight on our leg.
This is how I target actually. So for this exercise when you do this to relax all your muscles then it will be easier to go down.
It's almost done. Sit down on the floor. Good job. So now we change our leg. So now left leg. In my case left leg. You can do this in your way.
