Hi guys Julia Rears is here. Today is 31st March of 2022. Today is the last day of the March

and today we have a 15th day of our GPP challenge. Today we are going to do also some kind of easy training

but I think tomorrow we will turn back to normal plan. So for today let's start our GPP training

Maybe you can get some recommendations from me as well. So let's start our training. 3, 2, 1, go.

So now you get ready. Usually it starts from warming up. So first warming up we lay down on our back.

Then we put our knees in one side and our head in another side and just lie in this position.

And we stretch this way our back, leg. This is quite good exercise.

So same exercise just another side. We turn our knees to the right, foot on the floor and ourselves we watch left side.

20 seconds. You must pull both knees to yourself and twist to the left.

And don't forget to relax. If you relax your muscles they can stretch.

And half of time.

It's almost done

Sit down on the floor

So now we go to the next exercise and this is butterfly put your feet together

Just make them kiss each other
