Alright, bring your legs in.

Take a deep breath in.

and go ahead and extend your left leg out and just twist.

Remember I dragged over your body.

Now get an adjustment.

Look at your arm in the opposite direction.

Deep breath in.

and slowly come back to center.

Switch sides.

Take a breath in, extend your left arm,

and slowly come over.

Deep breaths.

This is wonderful for opening up your hips.

Then come back through there.

Now lay your left leg out,

then bring your right leg in.

Just wanna do a little circle.

Just warming up that hip.

Arms switch direction.

Switch sides.

Stand on top of the thighs.

It's good to just get your legs moving in the morning.

You're going to wake up those hip joints.

and pull the legs up

bring yourself up

and we're going to come up to tabletop

extend your leg back opposite arm opposite leg and extend them

together

inhale extend

Inhale, exhale, and return to table top.

And do the same on the other side.

Extend opposite arm, opposite leg.

Keep your stomach tight.

Inhale, exhale.

Inhale, exhale.

And just bring your chest down to the ground.

Take some deep breaths.

And just bring your chest down to the ground.

and slowly come up.

Take a deep breath.

Up to cobra.

You can extend that chin up.
