Good morning everybody.

Let's see what I want to do today.

Oh come on down here.

So I'm going to go for a walk in a little bit.

So I just want to do a little bit of hip opener this morning.

And this is very easy to get those hips moving.

If you have any kind of pain, just let me know.

So you're going to be laying on your legs.

On your lower back.

A lot of that is just caused from your hips not being, not rotating properly.

Alright, so when you first wake up in the morning you want to stretch out your back.

So you're just going to come forward.

And if you can't sit on the floor, you can do this on the bed.

And on the edge of the bed, just hang your legs down and just come over the edge.

You can have a chair in front of you.

You can hold onto the chair.

And I showed you guys before, you can use the yoga ball too or the yoga wheel.

And just hold onto it.

Your core tight.

So this just stretches out your lower back and your hamstrings.

If you keep your feet up, you're going to get a better stretch.

And you just want to breathe and relax.

You're going to feel those tight areas.

When you come forward, if you're tight in your lower back, you're going to feel a little

bit tight in the state.

You're also going to feel it up the side of your neck.

You're going to feel it in the back of your legs.
