Hi everybody and welcome to today's video.

So we're going to continue on with the legs.

You guys all know I'm working on building my legs.

And before I get started today I just want to do a quick, you know, it's important to kind of flow into your body.

You don't just want to wake up in the morning and like start, you know, putting accessories on.

So if you want to just find just kind of a morning flow just to kind of relax, get things moving.

I like this circle. Use your chin. My idea of drawing a circle around yourself with your chin.

Nice deep breath here.

You can close your eyes. Don't focus.

In between your forehead, imagine there's a white light coming down from the sky.

Circling around you. Just making you feel warm.

Look at the healing light. You can make it any color that you want to.

Okay.

You're breathing in the white light and you're breathing out any tension.

And you can go as fast or as slow as you want.

You can start with little circles.

Keep the core tight. Sit up straight.

And then go bigger or you can do bigger and go smaller.

You know, just whatever you want to do for yourself today.

It's your routine so I'm just here to guide you.

Alright, let's stop in the middle and let's reverse.

So I'm doing the big circle so I'm just going to continue with that.
