Okay, good morning everybody. So we're going to do a little stretch before we get into

doing some resistance work. So we're going to start in ******* pose. Just stretch everything

out. Last deep breathing, core tight.

Now we're going to walk the hands over to the right. Stretch the side.

Good. Last deep breathing. You can lower your head if you like.

Good. Walk the hands over to the left.

Good.

Back to the centre, lower it down.

And then slowly round the back, up to tabletop.

Round slightly, I want to circle in the hips.

Nice, slow movement here. Keep the abdominals squeezed.

Now we're going to switch direction.

Now we're going to extend the right leg back and push the heel down.

Stretching on the back of the calf. Shoulders down and back.

Good.

Lower, switch sides.

And back to centre.

And we're going to come to sit up. And you want to lay down on your back.

And we're stretching out the hips. So right leg over left. Flex the feet and then you're going to lift the foot up to stretch out the hips.

You can straighten the leg if you like.

If you want a deeper stretch, you can bring the legs crossed over and pull them down.

This is a deeper stretch than the figure four.

You're going to feel that on the right hip. Whichever hip leg is on top, you're going to feel it on.
