Good morning everybody!

So, hello and welcome.

Okay, so we're going to do a little different workout today.

We're going to start with ragdoll.

Okay, little shoulder rolls.

This feels really good.

And then we're going to come up and down with your arms.

And if you can't come up, put your hands on your shoulders and just lift your elbows up.

Just go as far as you can.

5, 6, 7, and 8.

Now I want you to clasp your hands behind your back.

Pull them behind you, stretching out your chest here, keep your abdominals tight.

And you're just going to slowly twist left and right.

Now you're moving your hips here, alternating them length on your feet and twisting each other.

And that actually does twist in your spine.

Now, take off your hands.

I want you to wipe your hands back and forth.

Just get enough on moving.

Now we're going to cross the arms forward and backwards.

Just working between the shoulder blades.

This is also good for the chest.

Feeling the chest muscles.

6, 7, and 8.

Forward pose.

And we're going to lift the legs up ahead.

And we're going to do 8 of them.

Now I'm just going to stretch the spinal.

Bring your knees together and just lean forward.

Open up those hips a little bit.

So we're starting to get more active now.
