Yeah, hey guys, Coach here again. Just wanted to make a quick video for some of the guys on the team.

This guy like me, I like to work out before practice and after all these years, I got a couple ideas and suggestions to make it go well.

So, get in your gear and get ready to really seize your practice. Same thing with your workout. Work on it. Feel it.

Uh-huh. Enjoy it. Yeah. Make sure you do set, please stay. I like my negatives.

Like everything else, it's all about protection. Make sure you stay safe and be good about that.

Another thing around arms. You want to make sure you get a good position. I like using the mirror here. Really dropping it down.

What I wanted to give you is just a couple tips around getting prepared. So, what I learned through the years is, as you know, you got to have your cup on to go play football.

Now, new regulation, you got to be plugged. I don't know how much that means. Another tip I wanted to pass along is, you know, you can get pinched.

You guys know that. So, I found a little solution I thought I'd pass on. So, when you're getting dressed, you got to just put your cup in the air.

I found, I take one of those old face masks and just, you can see, certainly doesn't cover everything. What it does do is keep you from getting pinched.
