Hey guys, Coach here.

Yeah, I had a good session today with the guys.

Basically I'm in my uniform and, uh,

yeah, before I jump in the shower I thought I would

use a couple of techniques to train the shrewdly for, uh,

stress and tension that build up while you're, uh,

practicing again.

And as you know, a lot of your health is the rest of your gut.

So they start with a suggestion to go to your upper abdomen,

get some, uh, oil in there to reduce the friction,

and work those upper abdomen muscles.

Start out light and move up.

Once you're feeling pretty good there,

you can move to full abdomen.

Also,

so, yeah,

I'll probably take my jersey off here.

No need to keep that on, it's just in the way.

And, uh,

probably get my arm guards off.

And once you get that down,

pretty much good to go.

So again, after a period of time when you're feeling pretty relaxed there,

you're gonna take your bladder guard off, in my case it's my lift and belt.

Get a nice, nice, nice bladder.

Get some, a little more oil in there to reduce friction

and tension while you're working that stress and tension out.

In this particular case, rather than just focusing up here,

you want to go to your back,

grab that muscle, work it down.

You can see it comes down and it's holding up your abdomen there.
