Okay, well, welcome to today's workout. So today, we're going to do focus on the legs.

But before I start, you guys all know, it's important to stretch out your neck a little bit.

Okay.

So, we want to stretch out our neck before we start. And it's very important to do that

because, you know, you don't want to start working if you're really, really tight and sore.

You know, if you're really tight in your neck and shoulders,

it's not going to be comfortable to work. So, let's just start with doing some

stretching.

Looking left and right, let's take some deep breaths. Just kind of come into the morning,

stomach tight.

And so, I'm starting a new, just a new program for myself and also to help you guys.

So, society teaches us to overeat. And, you know, they make all these products in the store that

are not good for us that people consume and make us sick.

So, the program that I'm starting for you guys is how to slowly get yourself

weaned off of all of those things that your body's craving.

And I will be explaining to you as I go through this series. It's going to be multiple videos, but

it's going to explain why your body creates the things that it does.

And as you slowly start cutting these things out of your system and replace things with good things,
