Step 2. You need to cut down on the amount of food you eat.
Saturday programs us to eat a lot of food.
And that's because all the companies make this food and they want us to eat so they can make money off of us.
Just like the **** company, when you go to the doctor, the doctor is not going to tell you how to fix yourself.
He's going to say, "Here, take some pills and I'll see you next week for my paycheck."
So, self-help is all about that. It's all about you taking care of yourself and deciding what you want to do with your life.
If you are sore, if you want to change your life, you're the only one that can do it.
So, what you need to do is go to the mirror and look in the mirror and say to yourself, "Do I like what I see?"
And if you don't like what you see, then you take steps to change your life.
Start with very simple things. Stretch your neck. Switch your coffee, whatever you're drinking in the morning,
to a glass of water with apple cider vinegar or lemon water.
Cut down on your meals.
So, when I get up in the morning, I don't eat anything until noon.
But I get up in the morning, I start my work, I drink my water, and I work out. I do a routine.
And this is very important because your body is not loaded down with all the food that's making you tired and lazy.
