Form a ball.

Feel the ***** of it, yearning to break free and find its mark.

Now you must give it a destination.

Visualize your target, strongly in your mind.

You may stare at them, if the picture is before you.

Imagine the energy in your palms traveling rapidly through some mystical plane and entering their body,

slithering serpentine through the air and snaking past their lips, down their throats, and into their belly.
