Now, remember when you first started doing these, when you try to go to the side, your
legs are going to be like, "What are you doing?"
Because you're not used to going that way.
So just go a little slower.
I feel a little weirder on my right leg than my left one.
Alright?
Calm down, let me stretch out your back for a minute.
and slowly come up.
And now we're going to stand on one leg.
So just kind of lay around a little bit.
You gotta lift your foot up.
If you're just starting,
you might not be able to get your knee up.
And if you're gonna be kind of wobbly,
it's okay if you fall out a bit.
Try to squeeze everything together, core tight.
Straighten this leg.
Push the pelvis forward.
And find a spot in front of you to just focus on.
Now it's okay if you just start lifting your foot up
and lifting the leg up a side.
That's okay too.
And if you fell out of it, just pick it back up.
You might fall out of it two or three times,
and then after that,
your body's gonna start to recognize what you're doing.
It's gonna start cooperating with you.
It's okay if you're wobbly.
I really feel this in my legs.
Remember to keep everything tight in this leg.
That helps you stay focused and tall.
