Today I feel discomfort in my butt and legs muscles after the 2nd day of Butt rounding challenge. I created a training program in a mobile application. It helps me to count time and follow exercise sequences. It was hard, but it makes sense since I want to launch my body's metabolism and make my booty rounded :)

Hello everyone, today is 4th January of 2024 and today I am going to continue with my butt
rounding challenge.
Today is day number 3 when I am working on my beautiful booty and I did preview time
before yesterday and the first day was over 2 weeks ago, it was a big break time.
So let's start our exercises without unnecessary talking and make our booties very beautiful.
For this I use of course application on my phone.
I created a new program myself in one of applications.
Let's start.
I have helpers today, my cats.
5,4,3,2,1 20 seconds, squeezing your buttocks.
Ok, now same as before, just up and down, I am squeezing my butt.
5,4,3,2,1 54 seconds.
Lie on your back, put your hands on the sides and bend your knees and lift your hips up
and down, squeezing your buttocks.
Switch the sides.
It's almost time.
Now I am going to do the other side.
Lie face down, lift your shoulders.
It's almost done.
Lie on your side, support your head with your hand and start lifting the upper leg up and down.
Repeat with the other leg.
Finally I can lie down.
But not long.
Just a little bit and now I will move my leg up here.
Try to reach 90 degrees.
5,4,3,2,1 34 seconds.
For both sides.
