through a traditional bodybuilding movement,
kind of like a mini course, fresh up.
Just a few movements for hamstrings,
tie-ins, a little bit of glutes.
Okay, so here we go.
All right, so we'll be starting with a simple deadlift
and that will take care of the back of the hamstrings
all the way up to the glutes.
And we're starting light, just 12 pounds each.
Down and make sure you get that stretch.
Booty back.
Up, knees must be soft.
Let's get a full knee.
You should put this right here
so you can really see the contraction and motion.
Okay, so now we got a good warmup complete
for hamstrings, tie-ins, a little deadlift.
Now we're gonna go straight into the band movement.
This is gonna be good for stretching
and also contraction of just the entire leg muscle.
And make sure the band is about two, three,
maybe four inches above the knees.
And now we will start with a little bit of clamshells.
This is gonna really tag the glutes.
So you're gonna start, turn to the side,
go down on your forearm, up 90 degrees,
down, up.
And the insides of your feet,
kind of like the arches are gonna be touching each other.
Really contract all that glute muscle here.
