I see that there's only a few of us today.

So yesterday we left off we were talking about the differences between buying for vacation rental, putting a new family in a new home or pure investment.

Did you guys have any questions about any of the three?
I had one because we were talking about commercial properties.
We need two different real estate agents when we're talking about commercial properties as well as just regular basic homes.
When it does come to being residential or commercial realtor talk to me after class because it's a separate set of classes and a different test.

I didn't know there was a difference between residential and commercial.
You would be surprised and it's honestly in my opinion I have both of my licenses. I think it was even tougher.
