Recovering from my brain aneurysm seems like so long ago. I really believe that stretching helps keep the brain and body connected and functioning.

Hello everybody.
So today I wanted to start a new series since I survived an aneurysm, brain aneurysm and
have no brain damage that I know of.
So part of that now is just recovery and it takes a long time to recover.
So I ***** a lot and I can go out for walks and stuff.
I've been home for, what is it, 5 days now and pretty much I've been *****ing the whole
time.
I get up, go for little walks when I can.
I'm able to go outside and go around the block and you know anybody that has survived something
like this.
So I stack 2 pillows on top and that was a miracle because within a day, day and a half,
the hip pain was gone.
So the beds are not comfortable.
So if you guys are ever in the hospital and you're in for a long period of time, just
put pillows underneath your hips because that's going to sit you up more.
The beds are, they sink down so when you sink down, you cut off the blood flow to your hips.
So that's one thing you can do.
Another thing I would do is I would just lay in bed and point and flex my feet and then
rest my feet up and down because what you want to do is keep the muscle active.
And as well for, you know, pretty much everybody.
You can do like for nurses, for doctors, just walking around in your day.
Just keep your core tight.
