Okay, so still working on my legs.

Lower this down a little bit.

Good morning everybody.

So today we're going to just do a little bit of leg work, but we're going to start

with the spine.

So we're going to start with the spine.

And over to the right.

And then back to center.

And now we're going to come up.

And stretch forward.

Start with the hip flexor.

And I'm going to walk my foot forward just a bit because it's kind of tipped up.

And stretch back.

So my hamstrings are starting to stretch out a little more, which really feels good.

And that's just constantly doing it.

You have to keep doing it.

The more you do it, the more you stretch it.

So even if you only do it for a little bit, just get a habit of doing it every day, two times a day, three times.

The more you do it, the more effective it's going to be.

And then back.

And this side is still tighter than the other side.

Just a little bit.

And now we're going to do that sonic nerve stretch.

So use your strap, lay down.

And we're going to start the little circles.

And we're going to do the circles.

Keep everything engaged.

Switch sides.

You want to go really slow here.

Go at your own pace because everybody's got their own flexibility range.

And my inner circles are slowly starting to open up.
