Okay, so yesterday we did the center of the spine and today we're going to continue doing

that because that thoracic spine gets, it gets locked up on us and it causes a lot of

problems.

A lot of it's just because we're sitting like this typing, we're looking down at our phone.

So if you guys can find ways, you've got to change your desk.

Okay, like mine, I put my keyboard on a little art stand so I'm sitting upright when I look

at it.

Okay, so my keyboard is right here in front of me, so the art stand is here.

I have a raise and lower desk which is automatic.

So if I sit down, I press the button, it lowers down.

My keyboard is still here.

If I stand up, I press the button, it raises up.

My keyboard is still here.

My screen is always at eye level.

So make changes at your desk to fix that.

Stop looking down at your phone when you look at it like this.

Hold it upright or better yet, don't look at your phone while you're at work.

Wait until you get on your break.

Very gently, because you're keeping everything squeezed, you're not going to be able to go

farther than you're able to.

So that's going to prevent injury.

And we're just going to squeeze and release.

I'm just lifting the leg up and down here, it's nothing fancy.
