And welcome back everybody

for your weekly Kaya Eve yoga instruction.

All right, let's start with our stretches.

You know that's how I like to start things off

and we really like to focus on our breathing.

All right, if we can just stick out your arms.

And just really feel it as you stretch them out.

Make yourself as long as you possibly can.

And just move those shoulders up and down,

up and down.

Make sure you really stretch them out.

Mm, yes, stretch them out.

Okay, now bring it up here.

Tall, tall, tall, tall as you can to the sky.

Really stretch up on your toes if you can.

And breathe in.

And hold for four.

And out for four.

In through your nose for four.

Right there.

And put your hands down as low as you can to the ground

and stretch forward.

Keep those legs straight though.

Feel that stretch in the back of your knees.

Remember to keep breathing, come up.

Okay, let's work on our balance skills, okay?

What we're gonna do is, you might know this one,

we're gonna take our hands and put them right here.

And take that foot right here and just balance.

And see where your balance is.

And breathe.

And one more.

And into your other leg.

Hands back right here.

And balance on one foot.

Remember to breathe.

We're gonna go into our warrior pose.
