First, I check if they're physically fit for the job.
Then, they must demonstrate discipline.
They must be prepared for the unorthodox.
More importantly, they've got to know how to work as a team.
And finally, they must have the fortitude to work with me.
You're probably wondering why anyone would sign up for such a grueling and dangerous
profession.
Most recruits are just excited to work alongside the legendary and world-renowned Avengers.
