Hey, this is Roxanne and I'm showing up here in this mighty 70's gym from the past to inform you of what I look like about a good week after I've done my last show, which was the Tampa Pro.
In which case, I'm just trying to hold on to what little bit of last minute conditioning I have left so you guys get a chance to see me before I completely go into the off season.

So, in two weeks, with any luck, you start adding on some more mass to this very wiry frame.
Okay, so now, seeing as I haven't done legs in two weeks, what?
