Well, good morning everybody.

I'm going to start my morning.

I started with some water in there today.

I don't know if you can see it, but it's a piece of ginger.

And sometimes I'll put lemon in it, but today I just have ginger.

Just a great way to start your morning.

Ginger flushes out your kidneys and it's just good for you.

So I'm going to start that.

I'm not going to drink any yet, it's too hot.

I don't want to burn my mouth.

So that's what I'm starting with this morning.

Someone requested that I do a calves and legs stretch video.

So that's what I'm going to do.

Feel free to follow along.

It's a very beginner, slow, easy.

Slow, easy.

Just sit forward and kind of rock back and forth.

You can feel this in your hips, your thighs.

And then deep breath in and out.

Just do it from the bottom of your hip.

It's a very simple rocking motion, but it works your side.

I like to close my eyes and focus on the center of your brain.

We're not really thinking, your brain stops working a little bit.

Which is good because you want to relax.

and into some circles.

You've got rock-tigers.

So this can feel kind of awkward when you first start because your hips aren't used

to moving.

So the way I try to get people to focus on it is to use your chin and imagine you are
