Okay, hello everybody. Welcome. So today I'm using a new machine.

But before I start to use this, I'm going to stretch out the back of my calves.

So we're just going to lay down, put the feet up, and just stretch out the back of the hamstrings.

And just using the weight of the legs to slowly bring the legs down on the foam.

Now we're going to do some little circles here.

You can point the toes.

And you can kind of massage the back of the legs if you want. Let it stretch out.

So we're going to bring the feet together.

Drop down butterfly pose. Use those elbows to open the knees. Feet together.

Then put the left foot down and the right foot on top of it.

And then we're just going to lift up to the finger four. You're going to stretch out that IT band.

And switch sides.

Okay. Now we're going to just use the button. This is just a stretch machine.

And we're going to put our feet in.

And just hold on to it. And you're just going to press up. So I'm going to use my legs as a

guide to stop it. Two, three, four. So it's the same as the resistance band

without the band. This one does it for you.

Now we're going to hold it up there. You're going to pull your arms down to work your arms.

Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, ******************.
