Okay guys, I got my discs today. Something new. We're gonna do a little bit of flexibility
with the arms and shoulders. So we're just gonna come up into tabletop. Deep breath in
and out. And we're just gonna sit back in a ******* pose. Put your hands on the discs.
Just let them stretch. Keep the core tight. And we're just gonna move the discs. So you're
just getting that flexibility, range of motion. Lower down, deep breath. Round it out. And
we're gonna do that again. Roll it down. And go out. Let's do one arm at a time. And round
up. Stretch it forward. And back up. And you're keeping the abdominals tight here, working
the core. Alright, now we're going to stretch over to the left. Stretch out the side. Keep
the core engaged. And then slowly slide over to the right. And then back to the center.
And we're gonna come up to tabletop. And we're going to just alternate right arm back, left
arm forward. And just stretching those elbows. Stretch underneath the shoulder blades. Now
you can raise and lower with this one. Or you can stay down in a ******* pose. Nice deep breath. And
then back to tabletop. Alright, bring the arms in a little bit closer. We're gonna just slide out to
the right and then out to the left. Do some circles with the right arm. Just getting that mobility going.
