So as I get stronger and start to feel better, so now I'm going to start with strengthening
the legs again.
Okay, so we're going to do just some lunges.
There's a couple ways you can do these.
You can alternate.
Or you can hold and pulse up and down.
Apparently the balance is off there.
Okay?
So all of these work.
You're just pulsing up and down.
And let's switch sides.
All right.
And then I'm going to walk it out.
Okay.
Now we're going to do some, just squat down.
If you're advanced, you can do like a big jumping jack.
I'm just getting started.
So.
Remember to keep your core tight.
Legs tight, glutes tight.
Okay.
Walk it out.
And then we're going to do some squats.
So just transferring the weight.
And last one.
Walk it out.
And you can step.
Okay.
And then we're going to stretch out the hamstrings.
So you can use the wall.
You can use the couch.
Or you can just hang down.
You can use the open box.
I'm going to use the couch today.
Just stretch the hamstrings.
And we're going to lift up.
And we're going to stretch out the hamstrings.
And then go down a little further.
Stretch out the hamstrings.
Lift the toes.
Lower the toes.
And then bend the knees and slowly come up.
And that's all I got for you guys today.
Just working on the hamstrings, stretching out my legs, and working on my leg strength.
