So today we are going to use a yoga strap and we are going to work on the legs, opening
up the hips.
It's very important to keep the hips basically active and moving.
So we are going to start off first with just a forward fold, so leaning forward to stretch
everything out.
And you can use yoga blocks on the side if you need them.
Just taking a deep breath in, pulling forward here.
I'll slowly work to get my arm back.
It feels good to finally be able to stretch and just move.
When you're just sitting, that's when everything gets sore.
We're going to point the toes here for a second and stretch out the tops of the feet.
I can really feel that it kind of hurts the tops.
Put your hands, just kind of stretch down the leg as far as you can.
That's my limit on my left arm.
My right one, I can go right to the tip.
I'm going to go stretching the back on that side.
Now this time, I'm going to drop the elbow down.
I'm going to push the shoulder back to get a stretch.
Deeper stretch in the top part of the chest muscle.
And come back to center. We're going to do some circles with the shoulders.
Go at your own pace here. Sit up nice and tall. Squeeze the abdominals.
Squeeze the arm muscles.
Nice deep breaths.
And reverse.
And you might feel, like for me, I feel in the front and the chest where it's really still pulling.
